Weekend Schedule:

      Friday

• Arrive Friday and proceed to Camping Check-in.
  At Camping Check-in you will receive your King Crawfish Krewe Laminate  and Wristband for the weekend (Both are needed for all King Crawfish Krewe Activities.) You will receive a VIP Parking pass if your not camping. 
•  Your invited to our Welcome Reception with artists meet and greet on Friday evening featuring a Boiled Crawfish and Jambalaya buffet served from 6-8 PM in Mini-Pavilion #4.  The mini-pavilion will have a cash bar with free bottled water and cokes from 5-8 PM.
  
  Saturday:
   
• VIP parking behind the main stage
• Enjoy the SRO private pit area in front of the Main Stage with an A/C'd executive bathroom nearby. The key will be by your bleachers. Enter the pit on the left side if your facing the stage.
• Enjoy the A/C'd private lounge in the admin building with bathrooms. Bottled water and fresh fruit will be available in lounge Noon-5 PM
• Private covered bleachers on stage right along the tree line. Cash bar with free bottled water and cokes from Noon till 6 PM.
• Saturday afternoon Fish Fry buffet featuring Fried Catfish, hushpuppies, Red Beans w/Sausage & Rice served from 4-6 PM in Mini-Pavilion #4.  The mini-pavilion will have a cash bar with free bottled water and cokes from Noon -8 PM.

     Sunday:

• VIP parking behind the main stage
• Enjoy the SRO private pit area in front of the Main Stage with an A/C'd executive bathroom nearby. The key will be by your bleachers. Enter the pit on the left side if your facing the stage.
• Enjoy the A/C'd private lounge in the admin building with real bathrooms. Bottled water and fresh fruit will be available in the lounge Noon-5 PM
• Private covered bleachers on stage right along the tree line. Cash bar with free bottled water and cokes from Noon till 6 PM.
• Sunday afternoon buffet featuring Crawfish Etouffee, Boiled Shrimp Salad, and French bread. served from 4-6 PM in Mini-Pavilion #4.  The mini-pavilion will have a cash bar with free bottled water and cokes from Noon -8 PM.
  
   
• The King Crawfish Krewe ticket holders will have the Right Of First Refusal in 2010.
• King Crawfish Krewe Tickets are $450.00 per person. Camping is optional for $50 per King Crawfish Krewe Ticket, which includes 3 nights of rough camping. Hookups are sold separately.  
• Everyone attending 2 years old and older must purchase a King Crawfish Krewe Ticket.
• Only a limited number of these tickets will be sold. Tickets go on sale October 15th, 2008.

To enter the festival site: On Friday, no earlier than 10 AM, you will enter and drive towards the main stage. Follow the signs to the camping entrance and pick up your wristband and King Crawfish laminate at the camping Check-in. On Saturday and Sunday, park in the same lot if your not camping. Everyone in the car must have a laminate and wristband to proceed past this 1st checkpoint. Do not remove your wristband until you leave Sunday. Lost wristbands will not be replaced. We will replace broken Wristbands.  King Crawfish Krewe Tickets are not transferrable. Purchase King Crawfish Krewe Tickets Online
